Yes, we offer a 14 day free trial on all our paid plans.

Can I switch between membership plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time. Changes to your plan will affect your billing from the next billing cycle onwards.

Do you offer both monthly and annual payment options?

Yes, we offer the flexibility to choose between monthly and annual payments for all our membership plans. Opting for an annual payment comes with a discounted rate compared to paying monthly.

Do you offer any discounts?

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for membership fees. All payments are processed securely through our payments partner Stripe. We do not process any payments directly within our app.

Is there a refund policy for membership fees?

We do not offer refunds for membership fees. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Please note that if you decide to dispute any charges with your bank, your membership will be terminated immediately, and you will be banned from accessing Fitup's services and creating any future accounts with Fitup.
